And their pasta pans produce many first courses - tagliatelle, cappelletti, lasagne, strozzapreti - but also the famous Romagna Piadina, a real institution from Ravenna to Rimini.
Pork is the protagonist of the ingredients of the soil used for ham, salami, sausages and cracklings. The Romagna also has a maritime tradition: among the typical dishes, the fish cuisine with fish broth and fried potatoes stands out.
