Accomodations
Is entertainment provided?
The entertainment team will be in the village from around June until the beginning of September, and will organise sport activities, competitions, entertainment for adults and children and also evening shows and dances.
Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?
Wi-fi is available and free of charge.
Do you have a laundry?
In the camping village there is a laundry point with coin-operated washing machines and tumble driers. Detergents are not included but can be purchased from our supermarket.
Do you have a shop in the village?
Yes, there is a supermarket inside the village.
How do the beach facilities work?
Beach service is never included in the booking but is an additional service that can be requested either during the booking process or directly at the village (subject to availability).
Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?
Entry to the water park is always included in the price. Sun umbrellas and loungers by the pool can be rented for a fee in the water park only, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Can dogs swim in the sea?
To date, local regulations do not allow dogs to swim in the sea on our stretch of beach.
Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian food?
Changes can be made to menus; please inform us on arrival if you require any changes or have an intolerance and/or allergy. We do not have a certified gluten-free kitchen.
How is the village connected to the town?
Marina Family Village is about 1 km away from the nearest town (Punta Marina Terme). The town centre can easily be reached by bike (10 minutes) or by car (5 minutes). In addition, right in front of the campsite there is a bus stop that connects the other neighbouring towns (Lido Adriano, Marina di Ravenna etc.) and the station of Ravenna in about 20 minutes.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment in cash only at reception and on the beach (amount not exceeding 999.99€). Payments by debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì) in the rest of the village.
How far is the beach from the village?
Our private beach is about 200m from the entrance of the village.

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?
The reception is open 24 hours/7. The handing over of accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 pm onwards. It is possible to use the camping village facilities (swimming pool, beach, restaurant) if you arrive earlier. You must check out and hand back the keys by 10:00 am. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive after 9:00 pm.
Is there any accommodation with disabled access?
Inside the village there is some accommodation available without architectural barriers. Please check availability by contacting the reception.
Can I choose my bungalow number?
No, this is not possible.
Are sheets and towels included?
Bed and bath linen are not included in the price. They can be rented from the village or, preferably, at the time of booking.
How does cleaning work?
The accommodation is handed over clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. You have to leave it as clean and tidy as you found it. You can add a final cleaning service at any time, but there is a charge for this.
